Thank you for the beautiful l flowers received on Mothers Day! They have brightened up my home. The communication and service was excellent, thank you so much!

Such poor service and communication. I received a phone call at 14:01 from Fresh flowers landline, which I missed as I wasn't able to get to my phone in time. I then see a whatsapp message from Christine at 14:04 saying that their drivers are at my place, and if I can please open. I go outside and see no one at the gate, so I immediately call the same whatsapp number to ensure that they are at the right address, after ringing for a while, the call is DECLINED. I then call the landlines number and explain what has happened, and the lady tells me that she will transfer me to Christine. Christine then answers and tells me thay they are at the gate and they're saying that no one is answering so she doesn't knowIn a tone that's not very pleased. I tell her that I'm going to open the gate and stand outside and to please tell them to drive straight down and not turn right, she tells me that she will let them know. I open the gate and they turn right and go to house number 6. The delivery address had to be changed because my mom was sick with covid and needed to isolate, and the person who sent the flowers was unaware at the time. The driver and delivery person were not happy at all, and this showed when I greeted them. Absolutely stubborn and visibly upset. I received my flowers, opened the gate and watched as they drive out. I then receive a whatsapp message from Christine saying that they are stuck at the gate, and if I could open. I go outside and see that the delivery van is not there. I whatsapp Christine and she says that maybe there's a delay with them messaging her and she messaging me. Ofcourse that would be the case with such poor communication and service. I cannot believe that the drivers are unable to directly contact the customer. I'm absolutely shocked at the service received Receiving flowers supposed to be joyous, thanks for taking the joy out of it. The quality of the flowers is also not great, as the flowers are bent and damaged.

Hi, I was unfortunately disappointed with the quality of some of the flowers included in the bouquet which appeared old/ wilted. This is unfortunate as I always use you guys as my go to florist in Durban. We also did not receive any flower food with the delivery. Hoping for a better experience in future.

I have been a loyal supporter of Fresh Flowers on Florida Road for many years. When Brenda was around, she brought an incredible energy and provided excellent service to the store. I always felt valued as a customer because they prioritized the customer experience. However, I must address an ongoing issue with the back end of the store, namely the owners. It would greatly benefit them to interact with customers from the front of the house, as the rude tone they sometimes exhibit is truly disheartening. Over time, I have cherished my visits to Fresh Flowers because they stood out due to their exceptional customer experience. Unfortunately, recent interactions have left me feeling as though I'm simply walking into an ordinary retail store that overcharges and underdelivers. This drastic shift is disappointing. I must express my deep disappointment with the management's rude behavior, especially since this is now the third negative experience I've had. While I have enjoyed my time supporting Fresh Flowers, perhaps a change is necessary. It is crucial for businesses to uphold high standards of customer service, and I hope the management takes this feedback constructively to improve their approach

At my work place we only order flowers from Fresh Flowers Florida Rd, and we have never ever been disappointed. What you see on the website is exactly what you receive. The service in the store is amazing, as well as the online order process. Delivery is always on time.

The flowers that arrived were beautiful. The process was very simple especially as I was ordering from the other side of the world. I was updated regularly and informed of changes which was really refreshing. Can highly recommend the excellent service and fabulous flowers.

I ordered 30 ranunculus online from Vancouver for a Durban family member's birthday. It arrived on time. She loves the flowers and the colours even though I wasn't able to pick colours. Delivery was free ...a Spring Special if you order over a certain amount. I so love a discount! I asked for quite a long message to be put with the flowers and my family member received the entire message! Thank you!
