On the 16.11.2021 at 06:10am I went to the store to get some energy drinks and and quick meal. I placed an order for 4 pies that were on special then went to the megacooler to get the monster original but it wasn't on the shelf. I asked a guy and a lady who were standing by the door to help me, they refused and said they don't pack stock. I went to the till to ask the cashier if he could assist me to get the product since it's inside the cooler. The guy told me he cannot help me cause he doesn't pack stock. I then ask if he could allow me to get it myself he refused. I left everything on the counter then left the shop. Customer services was so poor.
One thing that is unsettling for me about this garage, there is Barcelos restaurant adjecent to the public toilet and not only that the water refill station is located next to the toilet exit door main gate. You can actually smell the awful smell of number 2 from the toilet. The setup very unhygienic and unhealthy. For that you don't even deserve a star. I wonder where are the Food Safety Inspectors.
Ok food, good muffins. Best check your order before leaving though, the staff sometimes makes mistakes
They have the best coffee in town, not only that i nominate Ntobifuthi as their best coffee maker
If maybe the cashiers would pay attention to the customer, the experience will be better.
Bad service, people who work there are rude and management don’t care about complaints!
