After hail damage to my car in October 2021 the 5-7 day job landed up taking 2.5 weeks. On collection, after the "quality control check" we had to wait a further 2.5 hours whilst they cleaned all the paint overspray, repolished the car and finished part of the repair that still had the body putty they had not finished. These were things we had to point out as the "quality check lady" hadn't noticed them. We had to take the car in again today for a few dents that hadn't been removed the first time as well as a replacement of the front headlight. We were assured the car would be completed today. It's not! So once again I have no vehicle for the weekend and who knows whether it'll be ready on Monday. "Friendly" staff does not equal competence!!!Services: Painting
They try their best to accommodate the customer. Even though they are not always successful. Was told that my car will take 5-8 working g days to fix. Took them 17 working days. I was not told why it took more than double the initial time communicated. At least they send you texts to update you on the progress of your vehicle.
The service was good, the work done was fine but the car came back without our small mats, which couldn't found. Disappointing
Work and colour matching is good. One or two small other issues, but resolved without any problems. Keep up the good work

Haven't got my car back so can't rate that but have to give them 5 stars for honesty. My husband left his wallet in the car when we dropped it off - in plain sight on the console. We went back the following morning and the wallet was still there, with all the money and cars. I know honesty shouldn't need to be pointed out but I feel in this case it is warranted.
