Absolutely brilliant. The technicians are polite and very knowledgeable. The office staff are helpful and the receptionist is prompt and professional. I'm very impressed with the way they handled my vehicle.

The service I got from Ford Fourways was one of the best, they organised a transport back to my work after dripping the car and they come to fetched me after the service was done. Excellent service
Over and above the advertised price for a used car, you need to pay an extra R5000for Admin and licensing Costs and an extra R5000 for delivery costs which was explained to me as the costs of fixing the used car before selling it to you. There advertising should be transparent with regards to pricing with an estimate of the total price of a used car to avoid customers wasting time engaging with you. I also feel the advertised price should reflect the true value of car and furthermore, we as customers shouldnt have to pay to have a car fixed, cars should be fixed before going on sale
Ford Fourways are an awesome dealership, attentive and responsive in all respects, even the admin process was an absolute pleasure, we love our new Wildtrack and will enjoy many more happy miles.

Use to trust this dealership with my services but have been trying since Monday 3 days now to speak to someone regarding an admin issue. Have had dropped calls, promises to return my calls, phones put down, and no luck so far. Not what I expected.
