I went to Matis for a facial on Friday having only ever been for one facial before and that was probably 15 years ago! This exceeded my expectations by miles. Precious was my therapist - professional, warm, friendly & kind. The facial was out of this world and included hand, arm, upper back and neck massage. Blissful, I swear at one point I had an out of body experience! I will be going every 4 weeks forever. And ever! I can see the difference in my skin as well Thank you Precious

I was booked one morning for 7 30, the girl who had to open became Ill and we had to wait for another person to open, I was very sick that morning on top of it all. Finally someone arrived later to open up. They bought me a hot choc, which made me feel much better as I was feeling really weak, they did the therapy I fell asleep during it all I was booked for, they looked after me very well, they didn't accept any payment, gave me some awesome samples and a massage for 90 min for free, felt awesome when I left. TOTALLY UNEXPECTED They really take good care of you, I have been going there for about a year now. REALLY REALLY AWESOME PEOPLE. I went back last week, awesome all over again as usual. I have done facials, waxes, lashes, massages, all amazing and very professional.
