Gaan Industries

Would like to review Gaan Industries as a business supplying batteries. I purchased 2 Deltec AGM batteries on the recommendation from Gaan Industries that these batteries are ideal for a small solar setups. The warrantee that was provided was 6 months as per the invoice received. Unfortunately the batteries only functioned normal for 2 months then stared to drain rapidly under load. I made contact with Gaan Industries to enquire about the warrantee, and the advise received was to return the batteries so that they can be returned to the supplier for testing etc. To cut a long story short, it has been close to 2 months where i have been following up with Gaan Industries as regular as possible No concrete feedback have been received, Gaan Industries are constant blaming the supplier on how bad Deltec is on any warrantee claims. Why would Gaan Industries even recommend a customer  to buy the batteries by knowing the issues they have been experiencing with the supplier. Unfortunately the service and feedback received thus from Gaan Industries have been terrible. I will strongly recommend to do your home work before buying a battery from Gaan Industries.

I've bought a car battery before from Gaan Industries before, but today, Richard truly was a hero. Battery on my bike died and I struggled to get help while stranded, Richard really went out of his way to help out and accommodate me. Thank you!

Used to be a loyal client, learnt my lesson today! After-sales service is shocking. After purchasing probably 15 batteries over the past few years, I tried to exchange 1 defective battery. Was met with a rude, abrasive and utterly sarcastic attitude which left me flabbergasted. They lost me as a client forever. Rather pay more to a reputable supplier who will treat you with civil decency.

Absolute pleasure doing business with these guys. Very good prices and friendly services. Just what you need in times like these!

Was really shocked with the level of knowledge and skill, I was not forced to take a new product but was educated on the benefits of having a new ore 2nh hand battery. The personal attention was also very welcoming as I did not feel overwhelmed but welcome. I would recommend this place not just on price but quality and service also as they are the only guys that trade outside of normal trading hours
