So frustrated with this branch, as if the booking for the service itself was already not enough of an issue, then a message is sent to have your vehicle at the service @ 7h00. Trying to call them while standing at their gate. No answer. Go on the website and see they only open at 8h00. How is a professional business like this so misaligned on their own working hours. The staff arrive at 7h45 and clearly no rush. Super perturbed!

In my opinion I will not refer any body to make use of workshop services at NTT VW. The problem I have range from service advisors relieving for other persons not giving feedback timious to update on the work progres, providing poor quality service, not being helpful in  accomodating the custumer when vehicle has to stay for a couple of days. The impression that I got is that the planning and prioritising of work at the Workshop needs attention because it is ridicules that a vehicle that has a workshop job card tha was made out for 4 hours to replace part and software update for 1h50min as per quote that I accepted, can take 19 days to complete.

Unfortunately, I've only received bad service from this dealership even though I bought my vehicle from them, I will never recommend them to anyone. They never assist with anything. Their service department always doesn't have parts for my vehicle, they will sell you a vehicle with factory faults but will easily blame you for them, they will not return your calls & no upper management will assist you. Sad reality.

Absolute worst car service experience I have ever had. I checked my car in for a routine service…12 DAYS AGO. VW Customer care is unhelpful, promising everyday that I will get my car the next day. Needless to say, I still don’t have my car. Take you car for service anywhere else!
