I regret spending more than 10k last sat in this store, firstly they wanted to give me broken stuff, secondly i was charged R600 more because i paid with my credit card, the service was horrible The manager short indian guy was very rude towards me As soon i left the shop it was closing time only to find out my cupboard had short handles Im spreading a word to everyone not to buy from these guys You will regret buying from them, Their landline number does not work This company need to be arrested for ripping off people They told me their stuff is not new after i paid full money My 10k wasted

This place is a rip off. They are selling furniture at difference prices, lower prices when you pay cash and higher prices when you pay with bank card. With the high level of crime in South Africa, you think there's anyone who'd go around the whole Durban CBD with hard cash ‍ that is pathetic. There's no team work there, your salesman does everything on his own, including collecting big heavy furniture from storage across a busy street, therefore you wait longer... anyway see me no more

This place is a rip off, paid R250 for setup of the furniture inside the house. The guys delivered and they leave the stuff outside.

No customer courtesy whatsoever, I was told not to stand at the cashier with my husband while he was paying, I don't know for what reason, it felt like me and my husband were the big mafias trying to sindicate a master of destruction tjoe! I walked out a very sad and unpleased customer

Pathetic service the worst place ever very unproffesional. l purchased my furniture in full and l told them l will pick it up any day.Wen l went back to collect my furniture l was told to pay xtra money bcz the item was now going up , wen u question them they call security for u.l won't advice anyone to buy there.

Customer service is very bad here once uv purchased their furniture. It is not wrapped properly like other furniture stores for protection, u have to pay people outside to wrap it up for u. Very disappointed.

If you pay buy card you pay an reasonable amount. They claim guarantee on their products. Busy furniture shop that promotes cash buyers
