Well priced office furniture Was served in quick time

Pathetic customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Customers aren't informed about any terms or conditions before purchase. No warranty on most of their products and the products are fragile not at all durable. Waste of money and time. I bet most of the reviews i read here before buying are paid reviews as they don't stand up to it. Strongly suggest buying furniture elsewhere.

I bough a Rio executive chair from leaders in 2020 for R1999-00, which had a 1 year warranty at the time of purchase. The chair was a full leather and I expected that the chair was an "executive" quality chair. Due to poor quality workmanship, the arm rest broke on my chair. I called their office, and was told that they dont keep any spares as the chair is fully imported. I was told by Anesh, that his customers just remove the arms if they break. This is unacceptable quality of a supposedly high end chair. I was also told that the chairs were marked down as they new about the issues with the chair.

Well the guy was bring the chair down from the stairs and it broke. We saw it broke but he did not replace it. When I went to the customer the chair broke again, but I put it back together again. If something happens again like replace the it won't cost your any thing.

Good Sales department and prices but zero after sales support. Just about everything is imported so spare parts are a real problem. Arm rest sponges on a couple of our office chairs started falling apart in about 18 months but no parts available or interest in getting replacement.
