The Mattress King

Purchased a bed from them during their Black Friday sale at Gateway Mall... All went well until the bed was delivered... Long story short the bed they delivered was defective had no side support so we basically couldn't lay flat and almost rolled out the bed as the sides sagged... Now truthfully from my perspective the matter wasnt dealt with very well or professionally... We are still waiting weeks for a replacement because they say they have to manufacture us a new which will take another few weeks... So in the meantime we'll just keep rolling off the bed... The only helpful person was Sean Thank you!! How they sent and/or delivered a defective bed I have no clue and evidently neither do they... I definitely wont be purchasing from them again...

I purchased from pietermaritzburg but this is the head office for this rogue company which fraudulently sells you beds by lying about the specs just to do the sales and when you have a problem with it which is guaranteed, they will make you run around for months and months and then say they can do anything , they are rogues buy from more reputable companies

We received excellent service and advice from David. Hassle-free purchase done in under 15 minutes in store. David kept to his word and our new bed was delivered within six hours on a Saturday. Delivery guys were efficient. Very helpful in setting up the bed and taking away the old one. Super happy with our purchase. Highly recommend The Mattress King to anyone looking for good advice, quality products and great service!

We visited the store on an extremely hot day and was greeted kindly and offered ice water upon arrival, we received good advice on the best bed for our price and weight range. We were not pressured into making a decision or smothered by sales staff. We were allowed to wander, relax on the beds and take our time in selecting a bed. Dane was extremely professional and helpful. Delivery was prompt and delivery guys helped set the bed up. The experience was excellent overall and we also got the best value for money.

I recieved excellent service from salesman David. He is so warm and welcoming. I purchased a queen bed from him. The guys that delivered were so kind. They moved my old bed to my outbuilding for me and put my new bed in place. After a nights sleep i felt i needed a king bed. David was so kind. No questions asked, he just said come through and have a look at what you want. Last bed i bought was 20 years ago from Mattress King. No regrets. Will always buy from them. Their service is outstanding. No other bed shop will match them.

David was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me decide which mattress to choose,comfort and price wise. Very happy service and purchase. Will go to Mattress King in sprigfield park if ever I need sleep accessories for my new bed
