Product was sold out on the online store, so I drove. At the Menlyn store, each customer spends 20 minutes at the till. Only one till is operating while the store is packed full of customers. We were made to queue standing outside, looking into the store a lady was breastfeeding in the middle of the shop. The getto! As for the purse I came to buy, not the best quality. Not quite the designer shopping experience I expected.
Absolutely love my purchase. There are way more option available in store than online. I wish they could add more stock online to make it easier to purchase for most of us who can't get to the store...that's why I'm giving them the 4 star
I’m not happy at all as a first time buyer. Sent my partner to get me a pair of shades and we got the last one on the market, which is fine. But they team there yesterday did not even bother wiping the glasses, they sold them as they were, we were given an old paper bag!
Their service is a 0/10 plus 10 minus EVERYTHING. I’m based in pta , ordered items in the 22nd of November, haven’t received anything from them and the parcel is not even tracking

As a first time buyer, I was very disappointed. I went to the Menlyn store and there was no stock. The staff wasn't friendly at all. So disappointed
Waited long at the parking lot before they came to escort us to the actual shop. There was more variety at the shop compared to what they have online. I love the quality of their products
The item did not come in a paper bag but most had paper bags
