On  May 31 bought my DSTV Explora.. And I must say... It's amazing.

Closing down sale never more like let's scam the customers. Lady at the till so so calm and great. Game should be proud of Nompumilelo.

Rip off artists of note.  Bought 2x tins of spray paint @ R60 per tin.  Previously listed at R 90,00 per tin.  On there " closing down sale".  I now see the same paint advertised @ 2 for R75.  Save yourself the effort of going to Game stores Google prices at there competition first.  You'll be pleasently surprised

This is a good store to find a variety of house items but tends to lack in the customer service department. There has been many occasions when i needed help and nobody was around to assist. There are always good deals and the stores are quite neat but help is not always available. If that could be fixed then i think this would be a great store to visit.

On the 9th April i went to purchase an hp laptop at Game store in Greenstone, after my purchase i was disappointed as i found that i could not do anything with the laptop, it took forever to laod programs, i then went back to the store on 12th of April during my lunch hoping to get some kind of assistance, the security put a sticker on the laptop and sent in the store, i then found some guys on the floor causality watching score and they told the person in was looking for was on lunch and they could not help, they then sent me to a desk and said i should wait in line.  Unfortunately with borrowed time from work I could not get any assistance, i then went back to work without any kind. with time constraints i could not find the time go back and inform the that their laptop was acting up.  27 days later I found the time to go back to the and i eventually found the lady who assisted me with the purchase of the laptop, i explained everything and I also explained to her that just after two days of purchasing the laptop i came for assistance but no one helped.  She then said she will need to consult with her manager, the manager said he will not considere the the in the on the sticker and they both told me i must come back a day later so, there is some guys who has knowledge about laptops and he could help, i listen and a day or two after i came back, i the left the laptop for half a days as i as on duty, later on i come back to fetch the laptop and they told me the laptop just needed to scan and it's now fine but onlyto find out that the laptop had the same issue  I'm so angry and frustrated that i spent so much money but i have a useless laptop that i can't anything with still, there telling thatthelaptophas to send to supplier and a sort of storeies , i want my money back, so I can go to a store that dedicated to customer service because game is just not what i thought it was I'm so hurt and disappointed by this store, they just want to take customers for a ride with their money

I brought a laptop which stopped working 3 weeks back. The first two times they claimed to have done repairs on the laptop only to find out when I arrived home nothing was done. A very bad service from Game. At this point I would reccommend you to anyone. Until today  i am waiting for a laptop which has not been working since January because they kept on saying i should come back.

Should have realized that waiting a quarter of an hour for a salesperson should have been an indication that this wouldn't end well. We went in-store to buy two items. A small freezer for our camping trips and a treadmill for my wife. The small freezer was available to view, albeit a badly damaged one. Do you have one in stock? Let me check... After another wait... Sorry.. no stock. Why on earth would you not stock an item that is being advertised nationally as a special? We walked away and went to check on the treadmill that was being advertised on special. We were lucky with instant service, but there wasn't a treadmill on display or in stock. Same complaint. You advertise a special, but you don't carry stock? We bought the freezer from Pick and Pay R500 cheaper and the treadmill online R900 cheaper.

Unfortunately cellular department customer service is awful. Only helpful person is Mzamo, unfortunately he wasn't in the store today to assist me and the staff that was present didn't even bother to look for the paperwork or even make an effort to try and see if they could assist me. Very very very disappointed. When I called in before going to the store I was advised that Mzamo was not available but someone would be able to assist me. I drove all the way to the store waited half and hour in the store for assistance only to be told sorry come tomorrow! Unhelpful service. This is the 3rd game store that I have been to and gotten the same service. The other 2 stores were mall of Africa and boulders shopping centre.

Customer service is extremely poorly managed ...... Student card application with all required documents still not completed by staffing as it was 25min to close..........with despicable attitude toward prejudice

Good shop but not all their products are on display. We went shopping for a table tennis table and wanted to see how big it was and if it could fold up, but there were none on display in the shop, they eventually took us into the store room and showed us how it looked there. Overall they had a wide variety of products, but did not seem as massive as some other Game shops that I have been to.
