Terrible service! Sell broken products then want to send products for repairs, and refuse refund. Bare in mind this product was bought and taken back 1 day apart.
Needs lots more customer service
If I could give zero stars I would! Their custom service is absolutely pathetic. I’d rather shop online or at a different Game store as this store gives Game a bad name!
Customer service/Care is good
Shocking customer service. Stood and waited at "customer service" desk and there is no assistance and no one even notices or acknowledges you. So sad that the standard of customer experiences has dropped so drastically. No one actually cares anymore or has any enthusiasm for their work or for the customer, it's just a pay cheque at month end.
Great service, very helpful, personally and telephonically.
Shocking customer service or lack there of. Always a stock issue. And the staff really just don't care. Being told that there is no manager on duty when I request to talk to a manager.
The shop is extremely hot inside,no aircons working. Staff is unfriendly and unwilling to help,especially the electronic department. Why when it's busy,do you only have a single till open?
Needed to buy two brushes that were displayed on a table of bargains. No price. No barcode. A number of staff members were requested by the manager to obtain bar code. They all "disappeared". I left the store after waiting for 40 minutes. This kind if service is NOT in keeping with Game standard. Employment is hard to attain nowadays but some Game employees need to value customers!
Where can I start?, I have traveled pretty much every province of south Africa visiting game stores as I pass through some of the towns, I'm not originally from kZN but from Eastern cape, recently relocating to Ladysmith , the game stores I have been to are organised, clean, everything in working order, but this game, wow, the layout is shocking, it's such a mission to find what you looking for, the way the shelves are packed I don't even want to go there, the fridges not working, racking not fitted correctly, the trolleys are disgusting 90% are broken/on the point of breaking, when last have any of them been replaced?!?!, the store is old fashioned aswell, it's the same design from my game store in East London from 10 years ago, it's sad because this is the only store in Ladysmith and it's being neglected / poorly managed, I actually feel embarresed for the store when I enter it. Remember it's not all about stocking the items and making money, but making it easier, more comfortable and professional for customers to feel invited to shop at the store. Also to find a staff member to assist you, well good luck on finding them. Please if you don't believe me go check out other game stores arround other towns and trust me you will learn from your experience in the other stores to better your store, you will thank me.
