Some staff members are very helpful and kind, others I believe they sometimes listen to their stress and forget about customers. It's that kind of days when someone wokes up on the wrong side of the bad. Another issue to be fixed is that of trolley wheels. Three times I had an experience when pushing trolleys that turn left when you turning right. Sometimes they just lock themselves. I understand that business is quite difficult since 2020. I would perhaps suggest the replacement of wheels if possible. Anyway I will keep shopping at Game for some of their reasonable prices.
bad service received nobody answers the phone i am just being transfered and no one picks up, the lady is not not even answering my phone i need to buy a playstation 4 and im being ignored i have been on hold for almost 20 min over and over again no one is helping me! @game this is the worst service ive ever received Tomorrow is my sons birthday i cant even get him a gift because of this bad service please help me
Not happy at all..i took my stove bak because it was now flickering fire on the touch button, lol and behold i was told that we are sending someone to fix but its been 5days now im stl waiting and i dont knw if it wasnt for the gas stove i hv, i wl be cooking with what
They never answer their phones and at that time you need assistance and you can't go to their store because you at work.
The staff was friendly and assited me with finding what I wanted. The cashier was also very helpful in helping me to get my pensioners discount even though I had left me Game card at home!
I recently went to buy a fridge physically at the store. The store is clean and stock is well packed. Store assistants in other departments are quite helpful and polite. The one lady who helped me literally walked walked me to that item. Unfortunately for me I couldn't buy that object that day because I initially wanted the fridge. So I got to the store knowing what fridge that I came from. I decided to look around just incase I wanted to spend more. The gentleman was also assisting a couple so I looked around till they were making a decision. So when I was ready I asked where we pay and he was trying to help us losing the say. I waited so long Unfortunately because he was trying to get the fridge delivered same day to that couple at a store closer. While I waited I filled out my delivery details and specified a delivery date in the book and the assistant. While waiting there were about 3 assistants trying to understand why other people prefer Game greenstone. The staff at greenstone work fast, they make sure they help as quickly as they can and give great service instead of trying to procure two sales and neglecting one or the other. And his fellow assistants were assuming which products/ brands they buy mostly. At the end of the day the gentleman had too guaranteed sales. I was very close to leaving but I saw that meeting his sales quota was very important even though he was delaying me interested of wrapping thr sale up. Before leaving I reminded him that my delivery is for Wednesday and he acknowledged. On Monday I got a call saying that my item will be delivered I told them that I scheduled it for Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and I'm waiting for my item hopefully it will be worth it. Customer service and telephone etiquette is unfortunate at the store. The lady who advised me that my parcel will be delivered today was also cold and she dropped the phone on me while I was trying to get a time estimate. Let's hope I don't wait the whole day for the deliver. It would be such an unfortunate waste
Big store selling lots of products like house hold appliances, electronics, stationary, car care products, garden tools and furniture, handy man tools and much more. Service staff are helpful normally know where products are located in the store. Watch their weekly promotional pamphlets for discounts.
Been waiting for someone to assist with heaters for almost 30 minutes and the staff keeps telling me to wait for someone to come but no assistance, I even had to beg them to call someone by the name of Betrice who came after my 2nd attempt. Very bad service on 02/06/2022
Lindo at the cellphone desk sorted out my cellphone acquisition and was helped with a phone promptly.
Pathetic service from rude workers, trying to buy a phone and the guy assisting me makes me feel like he's doing me a favor and lies about the stock they have, I'm deeply disappointed! How can you start shouting at a client??
