Took advantage of a great summer t-shirt promotion / special .. very chuffed indeed

Sales consultants have no clue to some customers requirements need mire training.

My mom almost fainted because of heat, there are no air conditioners

It was great ...shopping at this mall especially at Edgar's it was awesome , the store is so clean ,no traffic inside you can shop in peace and their staff is very friendly. if you need anything specific or ask for help they always there and ready to assist ...the fresh air in the store makes it easy for you to be cooled down while shopping and its smells really nice ... You can get most of your things there I really loved their clothes collection this season it was amazing wanted to buy them all coz wow they were so beautiful... I do recommend Edgar's festival mall

Okay service and nice variety of shirts. Greeted one of the ladies in the perfume section and got ignored. A bit annoying to greet and someone ignores you like that but otherwise all good.

There is always something here for everyone, it might not always be exactly what you are looking for; but you will find something in this shop. I like the fact that they have Sunglass Hut inside the shop, and you will be assisted to your satisfaction from the Sunglass Hut representative. The only thing is that the service in this Edgars is not what you would expect in other Edgars located in the hight market suburbs. Yes they will service you well until you have to be helped on the management level. The management needs to have proper structures should they are not available, I was impressed by the service given by the person who was standing in for management at once.
