W place to buy games but can I ask how do u book for repairs?
Good service and friendly owner. I returned my second hand controller that came with the ps3 I bought from them and it was replaced with a new one with no extra charge. I recommend this shop.

I am extremely happy with the service i got. I spoke to Clint and he looked well after me. He went out of his way to go and pick up everything i needed so that i could buy a bunch of stuff at once. The past couple of days he would phone me and keep me up to date, when i saw him at the store he was very honest, polite and greeted me well. I would defiantly recommend your shop to my friends. Thank you for all the help Clint !
These guys are scalpers. Do not support them. They are selling the PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles for prices that are way above the reccomended retail price. They are trying to prey on desperate consumers that are unable to get these consoles from the normal supply chains.
I bought 2 games from their online shop on the 1st of July 2020. After not receiving any confirmation from them, I finally got into contact with someone at their store, who informed me that their website was hacked and that they never received my order. They asked me if they can sent me other games as the ones I ordered were out of stock Old games or if they can refund me. I asked for a refund as I did not want any of the other games. I provided my details and screenshots of the payment several times, and up until today 11th November 2020 I've not received my refund back. I'm afraid that they really lack customer service and they make empty promises. Please don't ever buy from this place.
Nice little shop, lots of variety. There is no set system for pricing of games though, so if you ask the price today and return tomorrow you will be given a different price for the game. In my situation I went in a week after asking the price for a game and the price had increased by a whopping R300. Also if certain staff aren't in store, the others cannot give you a price offhand and you have to wait for them to call someone or for that person to return to the store, not very professional. Edit: As someone who had to save up for the game, it was very frustrating to go to the shop and hear it had doubled in price from the week prior. I u der stand why you do it, but I don't feel it is a fair way to conduct business.
Staff not very helpfull. Got better games at a better price on Take Alot
