Exceptional service from the Garden Locksmiths. Quick response, affordable quote and prompt delivery. Very friendly staff. They were able to help me out within an hour of calling them, and kept in contact with me during the whole process of getting a new lock from their offices. Would definitely recommend.
Arguably some of the best customer service in the City. Popped in to enquire about a broken lock and was told to bring it in, so I went back and they had it fixed and ready to go in less than 20 minutes for an incredibly reasonable price. Also a great place to go for any DIY advice as the staff are more than willing to help and are all quite knowledgeable. Fantastic little hardware.
Great service; however, the hours posted on google are incorrect. I showed up on a Sunday @ 10:30am and they’re closed.
After being locked out of our apartment at 7pm on a Saturday, we called Gardens Locksmiths. They took about 30 minutes to get to us in Sea Point on a Saturday, very impressive. We were inside our apartment in no time. Great service. Highly recommended
The most helpful, accommodating and friendly guys in town. They went out their way to help me out. Without them I would have never been able to move my couch into my new apartment. I won’t go to any hardware store in Gardens besides them. They went above and beyond on short notice to help me out
