Gardens My City Bus Station

Good Station. Is clean most of the time. There are few staff in station. It's cool inside, not hot and there's good ventilation. The screen that shows the busses and routes works 9/10 times, and is mostly accurate. Only problem is that the refill station can get very full after 5 PM. Other than that, a good station.

Good service. Please makesure all fire extinguisher is locked. We had an incident were someone bumped on it and the whole bus got sprayed on. But otherwise your services are all good

I feel there's a slight improvement in the service of the bus commute recently. Especially the route between Camps Bay and Civic Centre. But overall good experience each time I use the system for me, best way to save on cash while touring the city as a local.

Best public transportation in the City, safe, efficient, mostly on time, reliable. They can improve in advising on cancellation of buses via their app, include the ability to buy your points electronically via EFT, add properly functioning aircon on buses.

The most affordable and safe mode of transport. Cheaper than Uber in SA and very convenient. Note that you must ask about the different options. If you're staying for a month get the 1 month package. If you want to tour for 1 day then get a 1 day deal. Understand how to swipe in and when to swipe out. The busses ride in a separate lane and therefore you don't get to sit in traffic.

It was ok the only problem i had was only 1 ticket office was open all the way on the other side of the station. They should open both offices on each side at the same time.
