Golden arrow bus services

Busses should be on time. Bus we booked on 24th Dec 2022, was late. Furthermore, bus was clean, comfortable. However, driver did not know the Southern Suburbs. Was concerning and his driving skills is questionable as well.

Excellent bus service. Always gets me to my location on time. Bus drivers are always friendly. Comfortable. Only thing i have to say is please do think of adding more buses from Stand/Somerset to CPT.

Absolutely pathetic. Can’t even submit a complaint on their site. Bus driver of 4331 almost hit my car by forcing their way into my lane. I kept hooting and the bus kept on switching lanes causing me to almost hit the sidewalk. This happened at 07h00 in the morning on the N7, Montague Gardens Exit.

Okay with Golden arrow I dont have a problem the service from the call centre has been good but now my problem is with the place I buy my ticket at "Engen garage" in Khayelitsha opposite Bulumko High School this is a second time I buy a ticket in that garage and the Cashier is rude and Site C for some of us is far the Cashier rudeness even reached a point where she threw my ticket and money at me because she doesnt know where Strand is or what it is.. Been using a bus for a long time and I prefer it but please try and bring back the ticket Van opposite bonjour garage atleast those who helped us there were never rude to us.

Need a blackheath bus from City to Blackheath, its not on to use eletricity,kleinflei via blackheath after 17:00 some of us go early in the morning and we have to arrive after 19:00 from work because of the transport

Excellent Golden Arrow Kapteinplift Mitchell's Plain for 3:00 pm their services are good

Service is good most of the time, but there is always room for improvement, should have a better contact center to enquire about delays etc. & especially on weekends.

Cape Town to retreat really route sucks on Sundays you have to wait one hour for a bus to come pick you in the morning
