Absolutely the worst for transfer and conveyancing. If you want to be kept in the dark about whats happening with your transfer. This is the company to deal with. Emails are ignored for weeks. Requests for documents ignored.

Really unprofessional service received from this law firm . Extremely biased and do not honor the terms of a sale agreement. Snags have not been resolved and the firm forces you to pay large sums of money without holding the seller accountable to the sale agreement. they cannot do basic math's as well, always seem to short change the customers by a few thousands of rands. The lawyers dealing with the development of Edinburgh park where definitely the worst of the worst. Received far better service from smaller law firms.

Most unprofessional and untrustworthy lawfirm I ever had to deal with. Still did not get answers on queries, issue wrong invoices, interest disappearing for two years on trust invested money, say payments were done but cannot send proof of that. Think because they are lawyers they can underestimate a client's intelligence. Avoiding answers and ignoring emails for over 5 years. Yes! It took 5+years for my house to register. But they took their fees! I think their phones might be broken and emails off line...... You better double check all you figures .....or best...avoid them!
