this company is so unprofessional they are scammers they sent me a settlement offer letter on the 25th of march 2023 to settle my account at a discount which I feel is not a discount but ok. then after paying my account to settle it I log on and now I see they still carry on charging you their fees when I have everything on the email that they would send me a letter that the account is settled.

I authorized 2 months debit order for an Edgars account and so it went of for a third month end of October. I was phoned every day to settle my account and after doing the "right thing" I am not getting any response to get a refund! I am beginning to think this is a scam.

I opt for one month debit order and I paid the fully amount now I am being debited again for no reason, This company its a scam .

They have been calling every weekday, telling me my standard bank account has been handed over to them but fail to produce any evidence. I have been religiously paying off this account and I have not received any form of communication from the institution threatening to handover the account. I am starting to think they are scamming me at this point.

Mailed & phoned about a FNB account that is in arrears. Been religiously paying this every month. Not sure where they get their information or what they are trying to achieve but they are definitely not legit. Do not fall for anything they say unless you've spoke to your bank or wherever your account is held.

I have tried repeatedly to obtain the breakdown of the amount owed by my Gogo who is 82 years old in order to arrange for this to be settled. Her original amount was R250, she apparently owes over R400 however I have called spoke to Letitia who confirmed with my Gogo telephonically that I can act on her behalf. I was advised to email Daly, which I did immediately, received an SMS saying the amount needs to be paid however no details of the amount outstanding. Sent a WhatsApp and received a call asking about when the amount will be paid however still no breakdown. They are happy now to contact me to pay but not to provide the breakdown!

1 star is too many. Dealt with two people so far from this company. Both robotic and rude. The one last night kept interrupting me when I explained I ALREADY have a payment arrangement in place with FNB. Pretends to listen but doesn't actually pay attention to anything I say. FNB, why can't you employ professionals to do your debt collections?? After reading all these horrific reviews, I'm now thinking twice about engaging at all with these people. Also, once my debt is settled, FNB will never receive business from me again.

They threaten you do hand you over and reposes your assets. You then settle the account and they provide you in writing that they will remove the listing of TransUnion and Experian. Well.... 5 months later, no one answer a phone at Daly Credit Corp and no one respond to my e-mails. Yet, the account still reflect on my TransUnion report. So a HUGE RED flag came up.... Do they actually settle your accounts or is it a way to steal peoples money

This is my second review that I'm doing with this horrible company. This is honestly the worst company on the face of this earth. You guys need to up your game and get professional staff. I paid you guys in full 2 months ago. I received a paid up letter, and was informed that it will be sent to tfg and my name would be removed which did not happen. No one has gotten back to me by email or even called me. I've gotten numerous threats from you guys to pay and now that I have no one can help me anymore. You guys are honestly money sharks but when it comes to doing the work after payment is made you are incompetent. There is no work ethic in this company. I suggest that if yourl are going to threaten people make sure you can do the work after they adhere to their obligations.

I was told that my edgars account was handed over to Daly Corp. I have left countless messages on their website. I have emailed then and their call center line never gets answered. With all the reviews I am reading I am scared that even if I settle my account, I wont be able to get the settlement letter I require. Companies like Edgars should double check the companies they do business with. Very dissapoiting!!!
