Upon collecting our laundry we found an unknown shirt and 3 of our items missing. Owner says we should have checked our items yet they wrap it so well in a sealed bag it is almost impossible to. Needless to mention that the admin part of the transaction should be done by the service provider, are we as clients not paying for a service. Still waiting for the solution on recovering our expensive items
