Laundry Ladies

No delivery service. Might be useful to consider adding the option. Lots of hotels in the area

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! Pathetic service and extremely dissapointing. Our clothes was mixed with another person's clothing. The owner phoned me and swears me on the phone like it was my fault that the clothes had been mixed! Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this laundry service to anyone.

Very happy with Laundry Ladies, and that it happens to be the closest laundromat to me. Friendly and accommodating, and always happy to help out with personal requests where possible. Karen, running Laundry Ladies, is so obliging and clearly committed to offering the best service possible. Highly recommend, and would not take laundry anywhere other than Laundry Ladies. Thank you!

I am very impressed with Laundry Ladies and their service. They are always very accommodating and efficient with their laundry. Dropping my clothes off in the evening and being able to fetch it the next day cleaned, dried and ironed.

Super unprofessional. Upon arrival there was no one at the front of the shop, I called for help and the attendant then got up from laying down on a pile of laundry in the back. When I collected my item I was informed that they do not accept cards. I paid with cash, after which the cashier walked away and did not give me a receipt.

Best laundry service

Service level has went down. No interest in attending to laundry as before. Since Mbali left I no longer use their services as the level of customer service has dropped

Great service provided no matter the quantity or items I took in. They have great dry cleaning services too.
