Gem Shoes Parow

Hi I purchased a pair of school shoes at parow branch....it was a bit to big for my son , tried to return it the following day...they advised they do not return at that branch , I should go to woodstock....long story short I called the Manger and he said I should leave the shoes at the the store and a fee of R10 for return and would take it ro woodstock branch....it's 3 days later tried calling no answer, even tried calling the Manger no answer and also sent a message on their whatsapp group no response back. Need answers

I have purchased Buccaneer school shoes at great price on more than one occasion. The Parow store would benefit greatly if they offered the service of a card machine. I've had to make cash withdrawal from the tiny mall, around the corner from the store; which is not a safe place at all! So make sure you have enough cash with you, because they do have great bargains. The staff are not super-friendly. First impressions last... but If you have to deal with people who seem to own the store would rather be snappy and rude, and you aren't buying in bulk... as if you're not worth their time. .

This used to be a family owned business I think that it still is that has a branch in Salt River. I even remember going to buy my school shoes there, so they've been around a long time : They now have a branch in Parow as well. They still sell school and other shoes but remember to take cash along as they don't have a credit card machine.

My carer could get school shoes for het kid and a pair of boots for herself.

The salesman here was friendly, effecient and very helpful. Keep up the good job.
