Employers have an obligation to support breastfeeding mothers in the workplace. I recently worked with an organization in Cape Town who proactively published their progressive breastfeeding policy for their employees and visitors. This is a massive step forward for breastfeeding mothers in the work place and I hope many more companies will follow their lead.
