Germiston Police Station

Very well hidden police station with all the construction work and certainly NOT what is directed on Maps so be careful driving there as you will get lost. Having said that we reported a theft and were well received and handled by Const. Mlambo. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I just reported a motorcar accident at the Germiston Police station. Constable Nkosi assisted me. He was very polite, informed and clearly dedicated to get the job done to the best of his ability. I wish this young man well for his future career.. Thank you.

Once again SAPS Germiston has managed to turn a complainant into the villain. Just want you to know that law enforcement officials are the reason our country's justice system fails civilians. I stopped a local patrol car for some advice on a very delicate matter, but was met with hostility and to top it all off the driver tried to run me over after exercising their power on me. I want to take steps to ensure that what happened to me comes to a halt because I refuse to be treated like a criminal when the true perpetrators are given preferential treatment by the same people who should be protecting the innocent.

Germiston SAPS is the worst of all police station, they don’t answer phone, and someone answer they just speak like they have teeth problems. The put the phone down and remove the dial so that no calls can come through.

If there were a - I’d give it. Honestly the worst SAPS ever. Rude and argumentative staff; no one answers and when they do completely unprofessional. You get treated like the criminal, they acting like they doing you a massive favor. 2 hours later and still waiting for them to respond. Numbers they give does not exist. Completely useless

Worst police station ever. They are always lazy to help and have attitude. It always takes forever to get anything done and would recommend Bedfordview police station as an alternative.

The staff here is very unprofessional, the service is very poor. I had to que for more than 45 min just to certify my documents and at that time we where less than 10 of us in the que...... The staff here is rude and always on their phones... Cant something be done about this police station?

Great service I got from the Police. They were very helpful and accurate not to mention that they were quick.

You literally sit for 30minutes just to certify copies,when they are changing shifts there's no one there to assist with basically anything. Worst place to get assistance from.

Try do not answer their phones so I have to drive there.
