Body Transformation Challenge over a 12, 8 or 6 week programme. Challengers will get fit, tone up, lose weight and make friends during this time.
The Original Getfit Jozi Challenge has helped over 1500 Joburgers achieve fantastic results including improved fitness levels, body toning, muscle strength and weight loss.
The Challenge runs for a 12/8/6 week period, during which time participants attend a 1-hour group training session once, twice or three times a week. The sessions include a combination of cardio and weight training exercises aimed at increasing fitness levels and improving muscle strength and toning. The sessions are run by personal trainers who monitor correct form and encourage participants to ensure optimum results are achieved. An eating plan is provided to support the training programme and improve weight loss.
Challengers are assessed before, during and after to measure their results and prizes of up to R10 000 are awarded to the best Body Transformations for men and women. On average challengers who attend all the training sessions and follow the eating programme strictly, have lost 10kg.
