One of the best gyms I have been to. Wonderful kids area, a kids climbing wall, arts and crafts as well as kiddies yoga. Adults work out area is great. Two pools, one massive foaming jacuzzi, as well as sauna and steam room for after a long workout. Staff are super professional and friendly
This is gym is awesome! During peak hours it can get busy but so do all gyms. Well located and alway clean.
One of the best gyms I've been too. Ample parking, all the equipment you'll need and large enough that it doesn't feel too busy, even at peak times.
Bad gym experience, aircons were not working, Playlist sounded like it was a Sunday morning, weights and machines too cramped together leaving no space to work out. Rest of the gym was well aired and staff members were good!
I used to gym here - not anymore. The gym is located in an awkward spot, there is no generator and the staff are rude most of them, anyways. On the 30th April, I cancelled my membership and the individual who helped me told me to fill out a form and that someone would call me. I kept a copy and he kept a copy. Unfortunately, I had since lost that copy. Month after month I was billed. I had only realised in Dec 2022 while checking my debit orders and thus cancelled my debit order in 2022 via my bank and disputed the amount that was taken from my account in Jan 2023. Shocking service: 1. Nobody called me when I initially cancelled my membership in April 2022. 2. My account was continually billed after I had requested for it to be cancelled in April 2022. I must point out that it is this branch who has shocking service. I used to gym at 2 other virgin actives and never experienced such bad customer service, there. DO NOT EVER GO TO VIRGIN ACTIVE BRYANSTON!
Great Gym with loads of equipment and clean. Friendly staff with a Kuai store as well to get refreshments. Lots of parking space and secure.
One of the nicest clubs. Upstairs does feel a bit cramped since every activity is there. But the spa pool and other water-based facilities are great!
Located in Bryanston, has other stores around it, spa & restaurants. Covid 19 compliant, very clean & tidy. Come check it out for yourself
Pretty average. You can't sign in with a digital card a problem they keep promising to fix for well over 6 months. No generator during loadshedding. Cramped gym in general.
One of best gym, the staff is very kind and I really enjoy their Jaccuzi.
