Running coaching for beginner athletes
PERSONAL TRAINING
For the month of October and November I'm offering personal training sessions at special rates. It is an 8 week slim down program which focuses on core strength, toning, improving cardiovascular fitness and weight loss. I will do an assessment in the beginning, at 4 weeks and 8 weeks. With the assessments we will be able to monitor your weight, body fat, strength and cardiovascular improvements. I will also assist you with nutritional advice to help you achieve your goal weight. The training will be inside the gym as well as outdoors. The slim down challenge will be an upfront payment, see fee structure below:
24 Sessions - R4300
16 Sessions - R2900
8 Sessions - R1500
Month to month personal training sessions will also include assessments and nutritional advice. We will tailor make a program according to what you would like to achieve. See fee structure below:
12 Sessions - R2300
8 Sessions - R1600
4 Sessions - R900
Once off - R250
EXERCISE MOMS
Exercise moms is for moms and babies. It is an hour long class situated outdoors, we will focus on strength and toning the main muscle groups. These classes will allow you to work out, have fun and meet other moms. All you will need to bring with you is an exercise matt. The classes will take place on a Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30. See fee structure below:
1 class per week per month - R350
2 classes per week per month - R500
RUNNING COACHING
If you are a beginner runner and want to improve your running I will assist you with a program. We will tailor make a program according to your running goals. We will consult on a weekly basis so we can monitor your progress. See fee structure below:
