A fun way to exercise, for sure! Energetic trainers and a talented DJ keep everyone motivated throughout the class. A delightful bonus on Sundays: A Jane Session starting at 8.30AM. This is a Jane Fonda style work out before the main class begins... Hands down my favourite way to prepare for a new week! P.S. Smoothie bar available.

I have been looking for a gym to push me to my limits. Of all the boxing and fitnesses places I have gone to , switch playground is pushing me further then I have ever been before.
