CrossFit Aurum

My husband trains at Aurum and he suggested I try them for functional training and fitness. I have never been “a gym” person and thought I wouldn’t enjoy it. However, I now look forward to my classes. The trainers are very attentive, really take an interest in one personally, the vibe is very unpretentious and is focused on the training, fitness and achieving one’s goals. No airs and graces, down to earth and makes one really feel comfortable. Lots of good energy!!!

My husband is a Biokineticist, Coach and Trainer at CF Aurum. I train there 5-6 times a week and love every moment of it. All the other crossfitters are extremely nice and motivating. Rick, Craig and team really do an amazing job there!

This is a great Crossfit gym with very supportive trainers and members. They cater for all different levels of fitness levels and help you reach your weight goals and build both physical strength and inner confidence. I thought Crossfit would not be for me as I thought it was more about muscle building than losing weight but on the contrary I have not achieved this level of lost cm and weight loss while gaining strength with any other form of training. I highly recommend trying this gym out - it is true value for money as you won’t find this level of commitment and investment from trainers anywhere else.

It's a place where you will challenge yourself and your body, in a fun and safe way. Brilliant box.
