Conveniently located gym above Decathlon Nicolway in Bryanston. Trainers are exceptional at strength and conditioning and highly professional. I have the least amount injuries than ever before and my strength has greatly improved. Plus there is great “gees”!

I have just returned from the Uk where I won the British Masters Weightlifting, my intention is to win gold at a World competition in the near future. The success of this journey was due to the dedication and commitment.of my coaches at Performance Purist who do not see the person that you are but the one you can become. In their eyes you are never too unfit, too fat or lacking in strength. I am 71 years old.
