Kudos to: G. Hariparsad – Authorise Officer 174 S.F Mkhize – Constable 1342 On the 24th of June 2021 my car broke down on the M13 ahead of Toyota on the road to Shongweni, and I was on my way to work in Botha’s Hill. I was promptly assisted by 2 police officers who closed the side of road I had broken down and remained with me from 08:00 until 10:30 when the car was eventually towed away. They were patient, professional and polite. They went the extra mile by allowing me to use their mobile phones to make my emergency calls. I believe that when police officers serve their communities with dignity and pride, they need to be applauded and recognised for their efforts.
Absolutely pathetic. No wonder crime is like it is when the very people who should enforce the laws don't.
One of the most pleasant experiences in a police station. Keep it up guys.
