Nice looking place. I was attended to quickly and helped out nicely. The staff member that helped me did seem so bored/sad and just wanted to get on with it, but it was near the end of the day. Even though I went in seeming joyful, the staff could at least also pretended like they are not depressed. Other than that, great place.

Easy to find. There is parking. There wasn't a long wait to talk to someone. They helped me as I needed. No one wants to be there but if you are kind and patient things get done quite quickly. The place was well kept and neat. There were screen guards and covid19 protocols. Please try to take your own stationary as it is more safe for all. Well done to the officers on duty.

What a pleasant experience I had today. I had to fill in an accident report. The lady was super helpful and sat with me. She double checked everything before completing the form.

Police officers always helpful when getting certified copies, please can the officers start enforcement that the beggars at Traffic lights break the law because they are intentional Traffic hazards. It is an easy thing to enforce that you must have forgotten your responsibility. I hope next Christmas that the law will followed and Police ensure it is followed before accidents and more lawlessness. Thanks

I made the mistake of being robbed at gunpoint in their precinct. Being a Sunday, I was treated as if I was a bother, not a victim of a crime. Was given poor attitude by the officer or clerk filling in the report. They used to be good on previous visits. At least the senior officer that accompanied me to the crime scene was kind and understanding of my situation

First, I want to state that the limited interactions I've had with Police in SA, mostly with getting documents certified, have been really good, efficient and professional. The lady who does fingerprinting here is the exception. She is unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. I need to get a report done from my home country and they do not accept folded sheets. I told her this in the beginning because this is the second time I've had to deal with her and I was already dreading it from last time. I made sure I stayed in a calm and friendly manner, since I've never found that being rude back to people makes them more helpful, and she abrasively I don't know how else to describe her demeanor told me about 100 times how she does these forms all the time, ignored everything I said about the directions from my home country and then she folded my sheets anyway, making them useless. She says if the sheet cannot be folded, she doesn't know how to take the prints and I need to have it done somewhere else. Now I'm busy reprinting the sheets she folded and finding another place to get fingerprinted. A total waste of my time and the R200 it took me to Uber there and back for nothing. These processes are already so tedious. There is no reason to mean and totally shut people out when they are explaining what they need. If this station is only willing to do fingerprinting in the manner of SA police reports they should state it on their website.

The officer at the front counter was very efficient ,helpful and assisted me in getting my documents certified and commissioned in a very professional manner.This station sets an example I hope others can follow.Keep up the good work.God Bless

I am extremely impressed with the time and attention I have received from them since reporting my car stolen this last Sunday. Efficient, kind, considerate, and attentive. The feedback has been prompt and the document copies I need for my insurance claim are being hand delivered this morning.

The people here where so incredibly nice and helpful. from the time that we walked in to the time we left, not once did I ever feel like I wasn't heard. They worked fast and took care of me and my case like true professionals. I am extremely impressed. I was helped at about 6:45 by a miss moodley and another man who was very strong I sadly didn't catch his name

I was involved in a difficult situation last night where a psychiatric patient required an involuntary admission to a psychiatric hospital I am a medical doctor visiting from Cape Town and know how poorly this is usually handled. With outstanding gassistance from 2 trauma counsellors based at Durban North Police Station and 2 police officers the situation was handled in a professional and dignified manner. Brilliant service,!
