Honestly? They don't answer their landline. In fact, it doesn't even ring then the call gets cut. What happens in an emergency?

I tried calling the station for 30 minutes before anybody could answer.. i was reporting a break in an needed assistance.. the officer who finally answered asked me what she must do... an then refused to give me a reference number.. she then left the phone aside an ignored me for another 15 minutes.. i mean this is absolutely pathetic an disgraceful behavior from the people who suppose to be protecting us... i called back an spoke to somebody else who gave me a fake name.. w/o dlamini.. who did the same.. i wish they could for once do what they are getting paid for instead off doing nothing.. i recorded the conversation  and sending it to checkpoint..

This number is constantly engaged. I have been trying since 9 January 2019
