I had a good experience at this police station. The staff who assisted me was friendly and very helpful. I went in for a police clearance and it took me less then 30 minutes. Everything was explained clearly to me and I left feeling glad that I chose to come here.

Unfortunately I've had terrible experiences on several occasions with this police station. I've sought assistance and was not aided at all. I now solely depend on the neighborhood watch and local private security companies. This station also has a habit of not answering phone calls. If you're really needing assistance try calling the Durban North Police Station or your local security company.

I called the station at 7:53 AM on 03/05/2016 to report a potential robbery.We were asked multiple times for our own address,so we were under the impression that they would arrive diligently ,SADLY I'M STILL WAITING FOR A VAN TO COME CHECK OUT THE PROPERTY!!!! Thank god no one was harmed.To anyone that calls the station ensure you get the names of the officer you are providing information to,naming and shaming is the only way to get things done!

This station has the kindest and most helpful team of constables and detectives. Went in and they helped me immediately, offering support and advice. So grateful to have a team like this just down the road from me!

Sergeant Gumede was very helpful. After opening my case at the station, the detectives were at my property within 30 minutes to investigate. Thank you

I've been here a number of times. Most of the staff are helpful. Others...I can't really say. Finance Clerks don't have change. Take exact amounts for payment.

if there was zero star I would have chosen it. got transferred 4 times and still no help finally put the phone down. they really don't seem to know what they are doing. it's sad.

Not very helpful some officers are very rude and disrespectful to senior citizen like me.

Don't even try phoning into them. They make you wait 2 minutes before the switchboard/secretary answers the phone and then she cuts the call. Useless. Why do we even condone this NONSENSE. COMMUNITY POLICE SERVICE......MY ARSE
