I've always walked out thinking I've spent too much for what I got. I felt the same today and did some research. Turns out their prices are at least about 50% higher than other pharmacies.

Fantastic friendly service, helpful staff. When I have had questions, they have had the answers. Staff here have gone out of their way to assist me.

Unfriendly, actually rude people. Wont see me again...

I found the owner to be rude and unfriendly. He treated me with no respect, and used his hand to gesture me out of his pharmacy. He has a reputation of given meds without a script but clearly only if he knows you.  If he does not know you then he is rude. The wait time was long without apology. Will definitely not go there again. The diskem branches staff are so much better and friendlier. There is no need to go to this pharmacy.
