The doctors are always late, no matter what time of the day or day of the week you book. Expect to wait between 30 mins - 1.5 hours after your appointment time to be seen. The only reason I didnt give one star is because Dr Henry is absolutely amazing.

Drove there at 6am and the staff on duty were extremely helpful. In an emergency you feel flustered and afraid but I was treated with dignity and respect. I'd like to thank the doctors and staff for their patience with me

Went to the nursing station to have blood tests taken and I asked the nurse what the pricing would be she looked on the wall where the pricing was and advised that the tests would not be more than R700. To my horror I am now sitting with a R4000 bill. The nurse Chantal has been lying to her superiors that she never gave me pricing. Being going there over 10 years but due to Chantal being dishonest, and portraying misconduct as a nurse, I will never ever step foot in there again.

was referred to ampath for a blood test. doctor said they'll call when results become available, they never did. called ampath to email my results to me, they told me that the doctor has blocked access to them and I should call Jerome from Medicross to assist. called Jerome, he claimed to have emailed the results to me right then and there. two days have gone by, and I still haven't received the email. I've been calling them endlessly trying to get results for a test that I've paid for! what was the point of getting the test done if I wouldn't receive feedback!? I'm so hacked!!!

Honestly the worst experience. They force you to make an appointment online and pick as specific time. Then you get there 20min before your appointment and wait a extra hour anyway. My make an appointment in the first place. Will definitely not be going back there.

Took mom their to get all her teeth pulled to get a full set of dentures. She is smiling again. And did a very very awsome job she is happy

Dr Sithole, the Medical Doctor, on the ground floor, is such a delight to work with. He is insightful, friendly and really cares. Such a great man! I would advise any person to go and see him.

I went to see the dentist what a disaster the most un comfortable dental I received in Dec 2022 still I can't eat properly I will not go back to Dr Uys I also did send a report to the medical aid

A friend referred me to Dr Sithole. My overall experience was great and all the people I dealt with were very professional.

The dentist fixed the wrong tooth, and when I went back, I sat waiting for about 2 hours while he just ignored me. Needless to say, I've still got toothache. Never going to Theron again.
