So I went there last week to undo braids and treat my hair. Everything was perfect until the lady asked if i want my hair to be hair dried. I said yes. She visibly got so irritated, which is weird because it’s a hair salon? And I understand that most women with Afro’s prefer to not use heat on their hair but it’s much more manageable for me to just dry it. Needless to say, I’m a bit disappointed as the actual products worked wonders for my hair and it was my first time I got the deep moisture treatment. I would definitely recommend the products.
