I have been to this salon a handful of times, for balayage, hair cuts, full dye etc. Most of the time I can’t use the same hairdresser again as she’s gone so I’ve experienced four or five different stylists. All of my experiences have not been super pleasant. Most of them are skilled and the result is good enough but the overall experience is tense, cold and unfriendly. Hairstylists seem miserable and don’t seem to understand the need to make the client want to return. I mean you sitting for 5 hours and you are not once offered water, tea or coffee? I had to ask. I have never been offered in the salon. None of the hairdressers or receptionist is very friendly or warm. Even the owner walks around with a sour face, making the whole environment feel off. Let me tell you guys- there’s a TON of hairdressers out there. It’s not just about the result but how you treat customers who are coughing up thousands for your services. I’ve decided that my last time will be the last time I try this salon as there are many others out there and I prefer to leave with a good feeling and not have to engage with unfriendly, cold, or sassy hairdressers. I dyed my hair black and my ears and neck is full of dye. The stylist nor the assistant cleaned the excess dye off! Very unprofessional. I mean for the price I paid I would have expected to walk out with my skin dye free.

Hair was well done, service received from stylist and lady who washed hair was great but there seems to be a miscommunication between social media and the salon. Called in for info and price and booked. The next day there was a black Friday discount announced. I then confirmed via social media if my price was with discount.  At my appointment no one informed me about the discount, and there's no invoice that actually tells you what you paying for. The front desk tells you a price and you pay  I return to social media dm to query the discount and payment  No one got back to me. After "I will find out from the salon and revert back"  This review is merely just to say that consideration should be made to the people handling the prices/payments. Are they aware of the discounts? Or are they aware of the discounts and not informing customers or not informing customers so that the extra cash is pocketed? And can prices be made public/printer out ?  *rhetorical Qs

If you’re looking for a salon where the owner expends personal care to her patronage and goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that you feel looked after and happy, then you’re at the right place. With a leader like Ayesha, the best for this salon is yet to come!  I’m sure if those who had a bad experienced reached out to her, they would have left happy.  We’re all human and mistakes are inevitable - what really counts is how these mistakes are handled and because of her real care for and commitment to service delivery, I am sure she would have done whatever she could to redeem their reputation which does precede them!Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

We discussed which colours I’d like on my hair, they bleached my hair, and only after bleaching my hair they told me that they don’t have the colours that I wanted in stock. I didn’t have a choice but to pick alternative colours. The stylist didn’t give me enough time to give feedback on my cut, she walked away and had to be called back to continue my cut.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted. At a point she indicated to me that my hair grows from the bottom and not from the root. The location of the salon and the influencers on Insta makes for brilliant but this is just a marketing ploy. I seriously question the experience of the stylists and professionalism of the interactions. Very expensive which doesn't warrant the service that I got. Very disappointed and I do no recommend this salon.

Expected so much more from the hairdresser  The stylist refused to try or do the colour I wanted . The stylist also would not bleach or do any highlights She did a 'stand' test but wouldn't even leave the bleach in for the required 15min strand test .  I've had highlights /balayage /colour. I know what my hair can and can't take  Her reasoning ... it would be too much maintaince and she's so scared it will be too much.  I mean , really . It's the client's choice  Ended up essentially just tinting it a shade lighter ... happyish . Happy about the cut and the botox not the colour .  Still deciding if I'd use thier services again . The most AMAZING staff, Tammy was a literal dream and so so sweet. Thank you so so much Glow Hair Design for my beautiful hairdo. My confidence levels have gone up drastically!!!

Efficient and great service.   No waiting for other clients. They can improve services by serving some beverages as their rates are high and they are an exclusive salon.
