I have been going to Bedazzle for many years. Leslie-Anne is my stylist. I'm yet to find a stylist who can beat her at making curls. I have very fine hair, but when she's done with my hair, it's full and I'm always very satisfied with with the service I get. She goes that special mile to accommodate me. I wasn't going to review this establishment as I've tried to resolve my experiences directly with the salon and after my phone call experience today I think some people at their establishment has a major attitude problem.  I visited the salon 3 times in the past. The first time to cut my hair. My hair was cut poorly and it was washed quickly and not properly. I decided to try them again for a wash and set for me and cut for my boyfriend. My boyfriend's hair looked like it was done by someone with no experience and my hair was set in all different directions and fell all over my face. The hair stylist was constantly distracted. The manager said they would redo my boyfriend's hair but once you ruin a guys hair they won't some back. I decided not to return either however some time after I got a call from them marketing for me to come in and I told them I wasn't interested however apparently a new manager spoke to me and said things would be different. It was not. I went in for a leg wax and gel toe nails. The lady suffered and had to reach from the leg side of the bed to do my thighs. There were still patches all over and some hair. She told me that the hair was from when she pulled the wax which doesn't make sense because then you suppose to rewax the area as with other establishments.when I got home I saw there were patches all over where it was not waxed and a lot of the hair looked broken and not pulled by the root. I brought this to the salons attention. They said the manager would contact me but nothing. The cherry on top was today. I decided to do my nails with them because it was done well so I called to ask whether their November specials were released the first lady dropped the phone in my ear and the second one scoffed at me for asking as if November isn't 1 day away. I'd rather go to a more expensive establishment and be treated with respect because although I had bad experience after bad experience with this place I've never been rude to them but it seems like they don't know how to treat people in a decent way.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Be-dazzle is a great hair salon but they lack in skills to do black hair. Went there twice and both times they were trying to sell me keratin treatments, instead of just doing my natural hair. They need to appoint people who understands black hair. The natural hair movement is so big, but still there are racism in salons when it comes to black hair. I remember the last time we went to bedazzle. The stylist didn't know how to do my hair. Told her to keep it wet while blow drying. 'I know what I'm doing'. While my hair was being done another staff member was looking at my hair with an expression on her face. I could see her in the mirror. I feld very sadService:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I visited because I rcd a voucher at work in August.  Before that I'd never heard of the establishment. There was no response to email enquiry I sent immediately via website. The voucher / business card  unfortunately was printed with a physical address which was no longer valid by December.  There was no mention of a recent location shift when I called the printed number for appointment. Fortunately the new shop in its place could direct me. Fortunately i was early enough to still make my appointment time. Pls update cards.  In terms of interior decor, awesome. Looks really upmarket. Its setup is clearly geared towards mainly hair services, some manicure stations i could recognise. Love the white everything and blue lighting strips really cool. Be-dazzling :  The fumes that come from certain hairstyling procedures dont agree with my lungs so i waited on the steps outside under the trees, lovely. Someone came to check and comfort me that they would call me in, that was nice.  I.t.o. massage, the enclosed room is there, clearly also setup for waxing n skincare, i can see they've tried to set the atmosphere nicely, sadly the noise from the hair salon doesnt really allow for much serenity, if thats what u hoping for. There seemed to be a hosted radio show playing from outside the room or from the therapist's charging fone i wasn't sure, some instrumental tunes might have been nicer. The aged massage table needs to be reupholstered, especially where a client's face has to rest. The massage technique was nice, I've had better. Therapist couldnt really move all around the table due to setup space, there wasnt really flow or consistency/routine to the treatment, she seemed to resort to repeating effleurages to fill the time, which is not uncommon amongst some other establishments I've tried. There was no professional consultation before treatment commenced.  A non-fussy client who likes an all-in-one stop for a collection of services on-the-go would really enjoy this establishment.

The treatment I received was not of the quality I expected. I went in for a manicure and had a good idea of what I wanted. Unfortunately the beautician didn’t seem interested in how I as the customer would like it, which was uncomfortable and a bit frustrating. She was very rough and multiple times she scraped skin off the sides of my fingers which was painful. Overall it was a messy job which took ages and required a lot of clean up when I got home

Bedazzle is a great salon. My stylist, Sasha-Lee, is sweet and darn good at her job and hair. She is always pleasant and my hair comes out and sure makes me look like a million $$$.  For  me it is all about service. And to me Bedazzle never fails. I don’t consider myself a very social person and am definitely not the chatty salon type. The staff are professional and attentive from the minute you walk in. They will leave you in peace if you feel like or chat up a storm if that’s your gig.  My star will always be Sasha though.
