Serene and peacefull atmosphere, Great service and friendly staff. Natalie was a perfectionist with doing my niece's nails for her Matric Ball. The end result really do justice for the 4 hours it took.

Paid R500 and a week and a half later 2 of the glued nails are coming undone. French tips are also not painted very neatly.

Was a bit put out that my initial request was misinterpreted. Cherene was open to discussing my concern and provided an acceptable response. They are extremely friendly and have a very welcoming atmosphere.....with coffee! And anyone that knows me, knows coffee is my weakness. I have since been back for my nails and lash fill and will happily change my review from a 4 to a 5 A job well done Natalie!

The Beauty Box is a professional beauty salon that is run by ladies but caters for both men and women. I had a pedicure done and the staff were so professional and polite. They knew exactly what to do to solve my situation with my feet and it worked. I walked out of there an hour later feeling like I was walking on clouds. I was so impressed.
