This nail salon is amazing! The staff is so friendly. The salon is very clean and they have a lot of options. The staff is very knowledgeable on various nail techniques and style. Katie really did an excellent job on my nails; build to gel. The prices was very reasonable. I look forward to my next visit.
This place did a wonderful job with our nails. The biggest issue is both of us payed $100+ for fills plus tips. I understand gems and designs are expensive, but this is the price that a new set of nails would cost. If I would’ve known I could’ve asked for a new set! Along with this no one who did our nails asked if we were uncomfortable or in pain. Another basic question I wasn’t asked included if I wanted to keep the length or not. For the friend I did my nails with, her gems fell off the same day The reason we think this happened was because they didn’t use top coat then cure it after. We enjoyed the look of the nails they did, but will not be coming back due to the price and negligence.
I use to love this place. But I no longer will be going back. They allow you to book online, pricing listed and then ask you to pick an employee. After now my second appointment this week I did not get the person I booked 2x the prices are not what they post online. All I wanted was a color change $25 online ONLY PRICE LISTED I ask why she charged me $41 and she said long nails mor money almost double ! And my nails are not very long. Also she cut my skin multiple times. Didn’t apologize didn’t offer a discount for it. She kept filing my nails and not my right hand are longer then my left hand. I am so annoyed. I asked why I book a specific person and never receive, her response “you have to call for a specific person” then why do you ask me online?! She had no answer. I just feel like they change prices when they feel so and they aren’t very professional. Like I said I use to love this place until the last month.
They lady’s are incredibly precise with their work, I’ve been there twice and i have no complaints. They always know exactly what i want and even offer suggestions as to what would look good. The costumer service is amazing as well, they’re always so kind.
Excellent place for dip nails! Came here while I was on Vacation and honestly wish this place was next to me! The salon was great and the people were incredibly helpful. It can be hard to find a place that does dip well and my nails look gorgeous but aren’t too thick. If you’re thinking about trying this place out, do it!!!Service: Dip powder
We came here for manicures and pedicures with an appointment, and had a wonderful time. The ladies are professional, friendly, and fun, and really pay attention to your asks. I got a custom gel manicure that I’m absolutely in love with and it was executed wonderfully. This was my second time in, and they are definitely my go to salon now!
Love my nails. Super clean and welcoming. Wide selection of colors. Pedicure chairs looked super comfy so I'll be back. They also had 2 little girl pedi chairs..adorable. lashes are good.
This was my first visit here. I found them by reading reviews online. I easily made an appointment over the phone a day prior to my appointment. The inside of the salon is very pretty and is clean. I was greeted and checked in by Quinn who was also the gentleman who did my full set. He was great each step of the way. I did very basic nails, but the designs they were doing on other people's nails while I was there was mind blowing. You can tell they take pride in their work. I asked Quinn if they take walk-ins and he said yes, but appointments are strongly encouraged. I'll definitely be returning when I'm ready for a fill and maybe a pedicure in the future too.
The regular pedicure was fine, but I was charged to remove gel polish and they used the drill and left my toenails all scratched up! I told them at the beginning that I didn't want polish, so they should have been more careful or not used the drill.
They have 0 regards for the health of your natural nail when placing on Acrylic nails. It’s all about a buck the salon is kind of meh it needs to be power washed in the inside . And for the price of there services you’d think they‘d have nicer, newer , seats and sinks.Service: Nail cut & filing
