After asking for help, I got told that a certain item should be here and waited and waited for help. Nevertheless I left it, because I couldn't find it. Got to the tills. Only one till and kiosk open at 17h, then another opens but with an absolute stinking attitude.  The teller's name is Mars. She was doing everything as slow as she possibly can. I started helping her pack my bags and I told he it would save time if she actually packs the bags while scanning it. She said she can not. I then said you clearly can as Woolworths do it all the time. Then she said to me very arrogantly that THIS IS NOT WOOLWORTHS! He manager was shocked and did apologize after Mars acted like she was so friendly and polite and continued speaking in Sotho. " Ke kopa" ... I would also please like... really shocking.  She clearly doesn't want to work, let her go.

Bought stuff there when I returned the product 1 month later because it was broken thay told me no thay will send it for repairs and then thay will let me know what is going on . Been 3 weeks later and no answer from them.  Evry time I go there this one lady comes up with an excuse for this and that and this guy is not available,  then it's no he is coming next week week later no he is at makro but don't know when he will be in the store . Then other excuse.  Promised me that thay will call me when he is in store or when thay got hold of him but nothing till now ..... Friday is 21 days so I want my answer game ........................

Terrible service at the camping area in-store, we waited for assistance, no one came to help us so we helped ourselves... Staff chatting and laughing but no one come to help costumers. Disgraceful service

Hi guys don't buy any electronic stuff from this store when you go with your things back they give you lote of stories and the service is very poor and have no experience how to handle customer when they bring their things back when its has problem

The store hitter on so hot  can not shop to hot. Make you siek.

Absolute worst service in service history everyone is slow and unhelpful. If I could give 0 stars I would.

After more than a week I still don't have a quote, the online support is just as bad. Various emails has been send. The store manager do not have the replied to my emails. I experience the same with the online service as well. The web email, did not give me any feedback.

The store is clean and neat. The problem at vaal mall Game is the staff. We were there today. The music was uncomfortably loud and the staff acted unprofessional on more then one occasion. They were dancing, shouting over the loud music and over customers and laughing obnoxiously at each other. This while customers are standing there unattended. I'll rather take my money to Takelot then if customers are not respected or attended to.

What a disgrace, bought a Ryobi edgecutter yesterday, the part with the gut came loose. Change it for a Trimrite today to find the cover and handle not in box that was sealed. Eish!!!!

The customer service is very very poor at the laptop section. I waited for 45 min being ignored. The staff dont have good customer service and I ended up leaving having not bought what I wanted which was a laptop and a cellphone. I will never buy at Game Vaal mall ever again. They always put of stock on their special. What a very bad experience and a waste of my time.
