This company took my deposit of R42000 they told me to level the ground i am not a contractor and i leveled it to the best of my knowledge. They then came and viewed the land and told me to do a few more things which i did. They then came a few days later and said the land is no where near ready to build on and we have to pay them R7000 to level or R4000 to put poles to hold up the structure where a few days before they informed us that the land is more or less ready . They then said that they need to start immediately giving us no time to correct any thing they miss advised us about, it seems as if they just want more money out of this. Due to this they seem to be unreliable so we requested a refund which they refuse to do even so they have not done any work and have not delivered any materials. They dont wish to provide invoices either to show materials where bought in the event we agreed to take materials and for them to refund the remainder of the money. They refused to come on site and advise about the land unless a deposit was paid and this is what they have gone and done. This company is unprofessional , kind at first but very rude when their greed for money fails to go their way. we are now stuck to take legal action to get our money back. This is very sad to see companies like this exist in South Africa. YOU'LL DID NO WORK THE MONEY IS NOT YOURS!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY HAVE NOT PAID MY RENT FOR OVER 10 MONTHS HAD TO EVICT THEM OUT PLEASE BEWARE SCAMS ..... ARTIST 725 CHRIS HANI ROAD, REDHILL
