The course
Goldfields West Golf Club is a 18-hole golf course situated approximately 85 km south west of Johannesburg and between the two mining towns, Fochville and Carletonville.
Golfers at Goldfields West Golf Course get more than a great round of golf ... they get an adventure.
The course, with its unique greens, trees, four waterholes and buck, (Springbok, Blesbok and Impalas) provide a spectacular scene that add beauty to this golf course that gives the golfer a feeling that is not found anywhere else in South Africa. You get both a beautiful view and a challenging course to make it worth your time to come.
Our clubhouse, that is open from Tuesdays to Sundays, features a well supplied pro-shop with a halfway house and ladies bar. The club house also has facilities that can be rent for your special occasions. The course and its facilities are closed on Mondays. Locker rooms with showers are also available for both men and woman. Our newly build lapa is providing a good scenic view over the first hole and eighteenth green where post-round beverages is served.
This course offers a pleasant and relaxing experience for all to enjoy.
