Guys when you visit this place make sure you have CASH, DONT pay by card. They debit my account twice and now i am struggling to get my money back. Everything else there was great just this issue with them paying me my money back. Noteworthy details: take cash people. they dont give your money back if they make a mistake. i am waiting a month now for R300 back. like its going to bankrupt the place. Tried talking to the owner but he doesnt care or even respond to messages. CASH CASH CASH..... in my opinion just stay away

This is my second visit, had a few hiccups...1 the white linen is not so white, drain blocked, swimming pool for private schaleys is used by day visits as well, gym machine damaged and needs service,room service comes at 3pm,toilets dripping not a peaceful sleep, coackraches on rooms, water not hot at all how we supposed to shower?

I wouldn't highly recommend this place to anyone who want to have fun on Sunday. After check out time the management expect you to leave the premises as soon as possible, they give you a feeling like they are getting rid of you. Their linens has pink worms and when you inform them they would tell you that they are not harmful, something must be done with the worms.

Very convenient place for a mini time out from the city, 1hr away from Johannesburg. Family friendly the kids will love it play areas, braai areas and kids pool. swimming pool for adults is only reserved for people sleeping over. Clean rooms and there is housekeeping every morning.

Firstly, we had problems with arm bands. They made a silly fuss over them whereas they did not infirm us of what we need to do should they get damaged. Secondly, the staff that cleans the pool arrived late and cleaned the pool slowly and they ended up opening the pool later but very punctual in closing it. They care more about the day visitors than the ones who booked. We checked out on the 27th of Dec 2020 but we still haven't received our deposit refund bit they very quick to ask for their money. They just dont care.

Beautiful place, but need some TLC. Rooms not so good. Some faulty things, but the food was excellent.Rooms: 1/5

Great place for family and friends gathering or weekend away from home , pool place, kids entertainment. Self catering. Only downside is shops are very far. Must come prepared.

Great activities, great pricing, although, as a day visitor, the parking is extremely far from the pools, be sure to pack light and arrive early to get your moneys worth.

This place is worth the booking. a family friendly environment with ao much to do for the children the food is absolutely outstanding and chalets that we got was nice and clean also very modern
