Utterly poor experience. Not enough cashiers were open. The manager also did not actually assist with a complaint lodged. He attempted to shift the blame onto a customer. Will never go back again.

Best Dougnuts I have had in long time. Perfect combination of moist ness and perfect icing. I will travel to East London just for these dougnuts.

If there was a zero Star i would put it, i went there wanted to play lotto ,there was no one in the kiosk ,i asked some other cashier for help in kisok ,she told me that a cashier that was supposed to be there is on lunch ,so literally thers no one to help people there until that one cashier comes back from lunch ....clearly i must wait for her if inreally need help coz others cant ,that's the kind of service they give to people there ..wow

What a joke....you have to double check all price labels and items on shelves as they do not correspond, this is not just one item, it's ENTIRE shelves!

Big variety, but customer service is lacking when shopping and you have to hunt for some items, for example with the combo.

Stood in a que where the teller had to leave her till to do an exchange , as the supervisor did not want to walk all the way to help the customer. Did bring it under the attention of manager.

Nice, clean, and quiet store. Very friendly staff and a wide range of stock.

Been holding on the line whole day to speak to a manger service is pathetic. No telephone skills and communication skills what so ever

Never more than 2 cashiers on duty, long ques, misleading pricing and sales tactics.

Only ever has 2 tills open at any given time.
