Pick And Pay Beacon Bay

not much i can say about this branch of Pick n Pay... service is terrible... there are multiple tills but only 2 are always working regardless if its busy or not... Some of the staff are very helpful and others are not, ask to see if a product is in stock and they never come back with an answer... just a terrible experience

Sadly, very slow at the tills and unhelpful staff create a generally frustrating shopping experience. Often there are only two tills open even if the lines are going into the aisles, and even so we can see staff standing idly at the tills chatting.

I OPENED A TYME BANK ACCOUNT ON LINE AND WENT TO PICK UP MY DEBIT CARD. FIRST TIME THE TYME BANK LADY WAS GONE . SECOND TIME THE BANK HAD NO DEBIT CARDS . THE TYME BANK ASSISTANT PROMISED THEY'D HAVE CARDS THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY I WENT BACK AND THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE CARDS. I DROVE TO HEMINGWAYS MALL PICK AND PAY AND THEY TOLD ME THE MACHINE HAA BEEN BROKEN FOR 2 MONTHS AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PICK AND PAY IN VINCENT MALLS MACHINE WAS ALSO BROKEN. WHAT SHOCKING SERVICE

Average Pick n Pay. Trolleys are sparse, and often, you have to look for one on busy days. They have good fresh vegetable specials.

Good specials but slow service at tills, staff always talking to eachother...not worried about customers

Have to wait in the express line. Cashier is helping a customer with more than 10 items. When i complain about it, i were the wrong customer. I forgot that customers is not paying the salaries.

I absolutely hated the manner in which this teller that attended us was not paying attention to us. She asked if we wanted plastic bags and when I told her no, she still added one. The part that annoyed me was I told the packer that i had my bags with me, the cashier then assumed i dont speak Xhosa and told the packer that she already charged me for a plastic and she should not take the groceries out of it. I asked her why she was being dishonest and speaking behind my back , she smiled and said she would refund the plastic bag, WHICH BY THE WAY SHE DID NOT. This totally takes away from the experience of shopping at the store, mistakes happen but when you speak in front of the client and lie to the customer , theni thats not ethical. I would rather shop elsewhere for R1 because if this is how the staff handle customers then how am i to know this doesn't work negatively in other aspects of shopping at the store!!! Very disappointing, this is how you lose clientele.

The staff members are so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my shopping in your business premises.
