Waiting period was a bit long, but the price was good. I am satisfied

Bad service I done my bakkie wheel alignment and its not done right,I went back,and I spoke to a lady and she is so unproffesional and rude

I have read a lot of comments today, 16/7/22, more good than bad reviews. I had a few encounters with Goodhope Tires in the past 20 years and none of them were bad ones. I am looking for new tires now and after numerous enquiries at different dealers my daughter in law told me about Goodhope Tires which I have forgotten about... problem solved! I know where I will be going later today!

I had all my tyres replaced today and I have to say the whole experience went smoothly, the reception was welcoming and the sales lady was very helpful. The technicians are well trained, friendly and very helpful. Even the owner got involved with assisting his team. All in all a great experience, thank you Goophope Tyres, I hope this review aids in you receiving additional sales, you certainly deserve it.

Received 5 star service this morning. These guys really know what they are doing.

I phoned them first to get an idea about how much it's going to cost me and the consultant was very helpful dealing with that and giving me good advice. When I got there I had a chance to speak to the consultant and she knows about tyres. Everything was according to covid protocol. We've bought other tyres there before and they're still good. I would recommend them. Thanks for the friendly and professional service.

Quick to help with cheaper prices on tires

Show up at 11:30 for assistance with a puncture, was told to wait in my car as there are 2 cars ahead of me no problem been sitting in my car & it is 13:00 & they close all doors without any saying a word. Ayo I guess if you live unprofessionally that how you will operate in yo business, pathetic

Rude staff, right through from front to back. Workshop dirty, and I was first cleint of day. Unless you're desperate on price, there's 2 professional tyre shops walking distance. No I wasn't desperate, was helping my neighbor out by taking his car in. I personally will never make use off you're services.
